Project summary
ARU London brought us in to speak to its students about AI as a working skill rather than a buzzword. Daniel spent an hour with 40 students unpacking MIT's finding that 95% of AI initiatives fail, and why the answer is coordination rather than tools.
The problem
Ask a lecture hall whether AI is an essential skill and every hand goes up. Ask which AI skill exactly, and the hands drop. Students knew AI mattered and had no working model for applying it beyond one tool and one prompt.
What we built
- A talk built around the MIT finding that 95% of AI initiatives fail, and why implementation is the real skill.

The result
Students arrived believing AI matters and left knowing how to apply it. The hour reframed AI from one tool and one prompt into coordination: systems working together, humans in the loop, and data flows that can be trusted. That shift was visible in the room, and it is the same shift we run inside client teams.
