The Guide
Best AI automation agencies in the UK (2026): an honest guide
Every "best AI agencies UK" list you will find was written by an agency that put itself first. This one is written by CO-ORDI, so read it the same way. The difference is that we will give you the tests to judge everyone by, including us, real price bands, and the cases where another provider is the better call.
The four tests that actually separate providers
- Do they stay, or ship and leave? Automations decay: APIs change, processes drift, staff move. Ask who is watching the system in month four. A project shop's honest answer is nobody.
- Do you own everything? Systems should live in your accounts, in your tools, documented. If the agency's platform leaving means your automations leave with it, you are renting, not building.
- Outcomes or hours? Fixed fee against a named result beats a day rate every time. A provider who won't scope an outcome is telling you something.
- Will they name a number? Serious providers publish or state pricing early. Vagueness on price usually means the price is whatever you look like you can pay.
What to pay in 2026
UK market rates, roughly: single workflows and small fixed jobs run £750 to £2,000. Scoped projects and sprints run £3,000 to £8,000. Embedded or fractional experts run £3,500 to £10,000 a month. Anyone promising your whole operation automated for £500 a month is selling a template with your logo on it.
The shortlist
- CO-ORDI (that's us). Not an agency in the usual sense: we embed a vetted AI Architect in your team in days, who builds and runs coordinated systems across sales, operations and delivery on a rolling month. Best for founder-led businesses of 5 to 100 staff who want one accountable person rather than a ticket queue. Wrong for you if you need one small workflow: see below.
- Flowio (Edinburgh). Published pricing, workflows from around £750, money-back guarantee. A good call for small, well-defined fixed jobs.
- ORYX AI Automations. Bespoke systems for service businesses, from around £2,500 a month, strong on inbound qualification and follow-up. Good fit for £300k+ revenue service firms wanting a defined stack.
- Elevate AI. Publishes from £3,000 pricing with an ROI guarantee, positions on strategy as well as builds.
- Softomate Solutions (London). Process automation, chatbots, WhatsApp and voice agents for London SMEs. Sensible for conversational front-of-house work.
- AutoMazen. Ranks well and reviews well across UK small business work; a generalist automation shop.
How to choose between them
Match the model to the problem. One broken process: buy a fixed-price workflow from a project shop. A defined stack for a service business: a productised provider. Growth creating manual work faster than your team absorbs it, across more than one department: that is a coordination problem, and isolated tools will not fix it. It needs a person inside the business, which is the model we sell, and the reason we built it: the industry's default is to ship a project and leave, and the value quietly leaves with them.
